Took Watercolor class with Gale Antokal and I remembered why I went back to school to begin with. Watercolor is officially my favorite medium. I can get lost in it and let go...
Watercolor is very tricky because you can't force it. You can't scrap it off and redo it. You always have to respect your medium. But if you're willing to follow it's rules, watercolors will do spectacular things for you.

Janet! nice paintings. I think doing stuff in watercolor might be your forte, hahaha..how're you doing?
Janet! I've been snooping around your blog. You finally posted the paintings. I've never seen the rocks one before. They look very nice.
Beautiful! Love those rocks!
Laura, u r so right. That same quality of not being controlled gives us the happy accidents of watercolor.
Aletta, if I can make money off of my watercolor paintings, that's what I'd do all day long.. lol.
Gloria, I did the rocks in a workshop with Birgit O'connor. She's awesome!
Vu, how are you? thanks for the comment.
Thank you all for your compliments... :)
